Guest experience and presentation of dishes are your top priorities. You are communicatively strong and can excel both independently and as part of a team.

Working as a Chef / Head Chef

In this role, you are responsible for the entire culinary process. You coordinate the kitchen brigade, develop new dishes, and monitor the quality and presentation of each dish. You work closely with the restaurant team to create an exceptional gastronomic experience for guests.

Your responsibilities

• Leading and coaching the kitchen brigade
• Developing and preparing dishes according to high fine dining standards
• Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and taste of dishes
• Planning mise-en-place and daily kitchen activities
• Complying with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Contributing ideas for menus, seasonal specials, and culinary innovations
