As a Demi Chef de Partie, you support the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes according to the high standards of the hotel. You contribute to the mise-en-place, monitor the quality and presentation of dishes, and actively think about new culinary creations. Together with the kitchen team, you ensure a unique gastronomic experience for the guests of this luxury hotel in Amsterdam.
