Are you a technical professional who likes to manage complex projects from A to Z? We are looking for an Engineer for an internationally operating technical company in Rotterdam who is responsible for designing, calculating, and managing technical projects with heavy equipment and constructions.

About you

You have completed a technical education, for example, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar, and have experience with engineering in an industrial or logistical environment. You work accurately, can plan and communicate well, and are solution-oriented. Project-based work and collaboration with different teams are second nature to you.

Working as an Engineer

As an Engineer in Rotterdam, you are responsible for designing constructions, making calculations, and managing projects from the concept phase to execution. You work together with project managers, mechanics, and logistics personnel to execute projects safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing and calculating constructions and technical systems.
  • Managing projects in collaboration with executing personnel.
  • Checking drawings, specifications, and materials.
  • Identifying technical risks and advising on solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
