The contract contains all necessary information about the work, your position, your salary, any travel allowance, when you receive your salary (weekly, every 4 weeks, or monthly - you can indicate this yourself) and much more. Of course, we explain the contract to you. We explain what to do if you want a day off, how to handle a sick report, and much more. Since ONE is our regular partner, they offer you a lot of personal support and advice.
ONE is an extremely reliable partner for you and for us. As a back office, they have a lot of experience and meet all legal requirements. The payment of your salary works very simply. The hirer - that is the company where you work - gives approval every week for the hours you worked to ONE. Sometimes you report the hours to the hirer and then they check the filled-in hours, sometimes the hirer fills in the hours and you don't have to do anything. Every Tuesday, the hours approved by all hirers are processed by ONE and these hours are paid out on Wednesday and transferred to your account number. It is therefore important that the hours you worked are submitted to ONE on time and in full, a later payment of your salary is in 99% of situations due to a late submission of the hours you worked. Also know that ONE - as an extra service - provides an additional payroll on Thursday.
