Do you have technical insight and ensure that machines run smoothly? As an Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the production machines used to process and package vegetables.

About you

You have experience as an operator or in a similar role within production or food. You are technically skilled, work accurately, and have a sense of responsibility. You speak Dutch and/or English and are willing to work in shifts. A diploma or certificate in the field of technology or food is a plus, but not required.

Working as an Operator

You set up machines, monitor the production process, and intervene in case of malfunctions. You perform small technical actions and check whether the production meets quality and hygiene standards. Together with your colleagues, you ensure an efficient process and a good end product.

Your responsibilities

• Operating and setting up production machines
• Monitoring the production process and identifying deviations
• Resolving minor malfunctions and performing basic maintenance
• Conducting quality and hygiene checks
• Reporting special occurrences to the team leader
• Thinking about improvements in the process
