From January 2026. Do you want to give guests a perfect start to the day? As a Breakfast Chef, you are responsible for preparing and presenting a high-quality breakfast buffet and à la carte dishes. With your eye for detail and passion for cooking, you ensure that every guest has an excellent start to the day.

About you

You have experience as a cook, preferably in the hotel industry or luxury hospitality. You are creative, stress-resistant, and have an eye for quality and presentation. You speak good Dutch and/or English and are flexible to work in the early morning hours. Leadership experience is a plus, as you sometimes lead a small team.

Working as a Breakfast Chef

You prepare hot and cold dishes for the breakfast buffet and à la carte orders. You monitor quality and hygiene in the kitchen and keep an eye on the stock. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a hospitable and professional service that suits a 5-star hotel.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking the breakfast buffet and à la carte dishes
• Ensuring an attractive presentation of dishes
• Monitoring quality, hygiene, and food safety
• Ordering and checking products and stock management
• Collaborating with and leading colleagues in the breakfast shift
