Working as a Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie in The Hague, you are responsible for your own section within the kitchen. You prepare high-quality dishes, ensure the right timing, and work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef. With your eye for detail, you contribute to a consistent culinary experience for every guest.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Leading your section and supporting fellow chefs where needed.
- Monitoring hygiene, safety, and food quality according to HACCP guidelines.
- Contributing ideas for menus, recipes, and new dishes.
- Training and guiding apprentices or junior chefs.
