About you
You have experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar position and feel at home in a professional kitchen. You are creative, precise, and can work well with others. You work in an organized manner and value hygiene and quality highly.
Working as a Chef de Partie
You prepare and present dishes according to the high standards of the hotel. You give instructions to the commis chefs, monitor quality, and ensure your section is always in order. Together with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you contribute to a seamless kitchen service.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes within your section
- Leading and guiding junior chefs and commis
- Ensuring efficient mise-en-place and a clean workspace
- Monitoring the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Contributing ideas for menu development and specials
- Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
