Vacancy: Bakery Production Worker

From March 2026. Our client is a modern bakery in the Harderwijk region, specializing in high-quality baked goods. To strengthen the production team, they are looking for a Bakery Production Worker for the two shifts.

About you

• Accurate, motivated, and passionate about food production
• Preferably speaks basic Dutch and at least good English
• Experience in a bakery or production environment is a plus, but eagerness to learn and commitment are just as important

Working as a Bakery Production Worker

You work in two shifts: from 06:00 – 14:30 or from 14:30 – 23:00. You assist in the production process of bread, pastries, and other baked goods and ensure that all products meet the bakery's quality standards.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients and workstations
• Operating production machines and equipment
• Checking product quality and finish
• Keeping workstations clean and adhering to hygiene regulations
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules
