Discover talent in our candidate database

As a registered company, you get exclusive access to our secure and user-friendly candidate database. The profiles are anonymized and contain only a reference number, place of residence, age, and a brief description of knowledge and areas of interest. Our approach aims to ensure the privacy and safety of our candidates, without limiting your search for talent. Safety is especially important for asylum seekers and status holders, who are in the Netherlands for various personal reasons and to keep their situation confidential in this way. You simply select the profiles you find interesting and send us a message via the website. We then contact the candidates on your behalf. The candidates who are open to a next step will then share their full profile with you. Through our platform, you can directly approach these candidates. And if a match is made? We arrange a personal introduction and schedule an appointment.
 

Presenting vacancies to candidates

Every month, a rapidly growing number of job seekers view our vacancy database. For registered companies, we offer the opportunity to present your vacancies for free as a 'Partner of SamenWerken MVO'. After registration, we will contact you to arrange the administration, answer questions, and discuss your wishes. The more detailed you provide the vacancy texts, the better we can support you in finding one or more suitable candidates. Candidates can then respond directly to your vacancies, and through our coordination, we connect you with enthusiastic, motivated candidates.
 

Starting the employee

When the interviews are successful, we guide the start of the candidate at your organization. Together we decide whether this is done through temporary employment, a direct contract, or a combination of both. This ensures a smooth transition and a successful start.
