SamenWerken MVO consists of a network of committed employers dedicated to inclusive entrepreneurship.

We focus on employers who provide real jobs for people who want to make a positive contribution to Dutch society. Through our efforts, asylum seekers, status holders, Wajongers, young people without starting qualifications, but also, for example, people over 50 and Ukrainian refugees, find jobs with employers who believe in talent and equal opportunities for everyone.

SamenWerken MVO aims to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers in the labor market through an innovative platform that promotes inclusion. We believe in the power of diversity and work towards fair access to opportunities for everyone.
 

What we do

We offer a network, a connection tool, commitment, and support for employers, asylum seekers, status holders, Wajongers, young people without starting qualifications, Ukrainian refugees, but also, for example, people over 50 who can use our help. Our focus is on building strong, sustainable relationships. Employers can easily share vacancies and discover candidates who are a perfect fit.
 

Our impact

SamenWerken MVO connects people and creates economic opportunities that benefit society as a whole. Through collaboration, we work hard on the personal and professional growth of all involved, resulting in a broader economic impact and a socially open and inclusive labor market.
 

How we help

Our platform provides support and guidance to asylum seekers, status holders, Wajongers, young people without starting qualifications, Ukrainian refugees, and, for example, people over 50 during their job search and also facilitates contact with socially engaged employers. Together, we work towards a shared future.
