Working as a Chef Cook Lunch

You are responsible for the lunch kitchen and the composition of the lunch menu. You prepare dishes with an eye for taste and presentation and ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Leading the lunch team in the kitchen
Developing and renewing the lunch menu
Preparing and cooking dishes at a high level
Monitoring quality, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP)
