Job Vacancy: Concierge

Are you service-oriented and do you like to make things as easy as possible for your guests? As a Concierge, you are the key to the guest experience. You arrange everything a guest needs – from a reservation at an exclusive restaurant to booking transportation or providing personal tips about the city.

About you

You are representative, hospitable, and have excellent communication skills. You enjoy interacting with people and always find a solution. You speak Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury environment, is desired.

Working as a Concierge

You are the point of contact for guests in the lobby and are always ready to help. You work closely with the reception, doormen, and other departments to provide seamless service. You know the city and surroundings well and are happy to share your knowledge to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay.

Your responsibilities

• Being the personal point of contact for guests in the lobby
• Providing information, tips, and recommendations about the city
• Arranging reservations (restaurants, transportation, excursions, tickets)
• Coordinating collaborations with external partners
• Collaborating with front office and doorman colleagues for optimal service
