From March 2026. Our client is a modern hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, known for its stylish decor, personal service, and international guests. To strengthen the F&B team, they are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced F&B Team Leader who will lead the team and contribute to an optimal guest experience.

About you

Our client is looking for an energetic and guest-oriented professional with leadership experience in the hospitality or hotel industry. You have a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and can organize and motivate well. You are a true team player, but also know how to make decisions independently. Experience in a modern hotel environment is a plus.

What you will do as F&B Team Leader

As F&B Team Leader, you will lead the restaurant and bar team. You coordinate daily operations, guide and motivate colleagues, and ensure that guests experience excellent service. You work during busy shifts, support events, and contribute to an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you think about menus, specials, and improvements in operational processes.
