1. Registration and administration
Once your company registers, we take all administrative steps off your hands and align your wishes and questions.
2. Posting vacancies
As a 'Partner of SamenWerken MVO', you can publish your vacancies for free, and we support you in presenting them optimally for the candidates in our network. Only when a candidate actually starts working with the hirer, the hours approved by the hirer are charged. The conditions for broadcasting via SamenWerken MVO are under transparent and favorable conditions.
3. Selection and screening of candidates
We ensure that only candidates who truly fit your vacancy and are motivated to respond come to you. In the case of asylum seekers, we ensure that they are able to start working and have the legal requirements to work, such as applying for a work permit (TWV), having a BSN, and a Dutch bank account. This saves time and increases the chance of a successful match.
4. Contact and coordination
We contact candidates on your behalf, guide the communication process, and send complete profiles as soon as the candidate is interested. The safety of our candidates is important in our business operations, without losing sight of the service towards employers.
5. Personal introductions
Only active and motivated candidates are introduced to our hiring partners. Each candidate is personally spoken to and tested on work experience, area of interest, and communication skills (proficiency in Dutch and/or English). Once a match is visible, we arrange introductory meetings and schedule appointments in consultation with you and the candidate. Everything is in consultation and based on trust.
6. Guidance at the start
Whether it's a start via broadcasting, a direct contract, or a combination thereof, SamenWerken MVO guides the start and ensures a smooth transition on the work floor. Our modern ICT solutions via ONE make the processing of time registrations simple. Companies can even supply .csv and/or excel files, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll administration.
7. Aftercare and support
We remain involved and offer support during the initial period of employment to ensure that the collaboration is successful and sustainable. SamenWerken MVO stands for personal contact with the hiring partners. Regular customer visits, (of course) telephone accessibility, and email. Feedback and evaluation are part of increasing customer satisfaction.
