Working as an Independent Working Chef

You prepare dishes according to the highest standards, take care of the mise-en-place, and monitor quality and presentation. Together with the kitchen team, you contribute to the culinary experience of international guests.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards
• Monitoring the quality, taste, and presentation of the dishes
• Performing mise-en-place tasks
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety according to HACCP guidelines
• Thinking about new dishes and menus
• Collaborating with fellow chefs and other departments
