Vacancy: Night Receptionist

Are you the first point of contact for our guests during the night? As a Night Receptionist, you ensure that guests feel welcome and safe, even in the late hours. You work independently and contribute to a smooth operation of the hotel during the night.

About you

You are guest-oriented, reliable, and can work well independently. You have experience in the hospitality or hotel industry (preferred), preferably speak Dutch but certainly good English, and can communicate well with guests and colleagues. Flexibility and stress resistance are important, as you sometimes have to deal with unexpected situations.

Working as a Night Receptionist

During the night shift, you are the point of contact for guests and take care of the night's administration. You help guests with questions and requests, check the safety of the hotel, perform small administrative tasks, and support the housekeeping team where necessary in completing the evening and night procedures.

Your responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests during the night shift
• Control and supervision of the hotel's safety
• Managing reservations and administrative tasks
• Communicating with housekeeping and other departments in case of questions or problems
• Resolving incidents or unexpected situations at night
