What you will do as Breakfast Chef de Partie

In this role, you are responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes at a high level. You contribute to the mise-en-place, monitor quality and presentation, and actively think about creative breakfast concepts. Together with your team, you ensure a luxurious and hospitable experience for our hotel guests.

Your responsibilities

Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes according to high-quality standards
Ensuring perfect mise-en-place and presentation
Supporting colleagues in the breakfast team
Thinking about new breakfast concepts and creative improvements
Maintaining hygiene, safety, and neat kitchen conditions (HACCP)
