Our partner for temporary employment is ONE People Services (hereinafter referred to as ONE). ONE is registered with all its companies at the SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid), NEN 4400-1 certified, and a member of the ABU (Algemene Bond Uitzendbureaus).  
 

The employment contract

If you start working through SamenWerken MVO on a temporary basis, you will receive an employment contract from ONE. The contract contains all necessary information about the work, your position, your salary, any travel allowance, when you receive your salary (weekly, every 4 weeks, or monthly - you can indicate this yourself) and much more. Of course, we will explain the contract to you. We explain what to do if you want a day off, how to handle a sick report, and much more. Since ONE is our permanent partner, they offer you a lot of personal support and advice. 
 

Payment of worked hours

ONE is an extremely reliable partner for you and for us. As a back office, they have a lot of experience and meet all legal requirements. The payment of your salary is very simple. The hirer - that is the company where you work - gives approval for the hours you worked to ONE every week. Sometimes you submit the hours to the hirer and then they check the filled-in hours, sometimes the hirer fills in the hours and you don't have to do anything. Every Tuesday, the hours approved by all hirers are processed by ONE and these hours are paid out on Wednesday and transferred to your account number. It is therefore important that the hours you worked are submitted to ONE on time and in full, a late payment of your salary is in 99% of cases due to a late submission of the hours you worked. Also know that ONE - as an extra service - provides an extra payroll on Thursday.  

The hirer - the company where you work - receives an invoice from ONE for the hours worked. The payment of your salary is not dependent on the hirer's timely payment. Many hiring companies only pay after 30 days. For SamenWerken MVO and for ONE, it is very important that your payment always continues and we strive together to make this process as smooth as possible.
