About You

You have a practical mindset and enjoy repairing and maintaining things. Communicating with colleagues and sometimes with external parties comes easily to you. Experience in a technical role, preferably in the hospitality or facility management sector, is a plus, but your enthusiasm, precision, and solution-oriented attitude are most important. You are independent, but also enjoy working in a team to ensure the hotel always operates at top level.

What You Will Do

As a technical service employee, you perform daily minor maintenance, such as repairs to rooms, lighting, plumbing, and general facilities. Additionally, you coordinate larger maintenance projects with your colleagues and ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You are a problem solver who quickly responds when something needs attention, so our guests can always enjoy a perfectly functioning hotel.

Your Responsibilities

Performing minor maintenance and repairs to hotel rooms and facilities
Identifying technical problems and solving them or coordinating with colleagues or external parties
Collaborating with different departments to ensure operational continuity
Contributing ideas for preventive maintenance and improvements in the hotel
Ensuring safety and compliance with internal procedures and regulations
